Cleaning Specifications: ​​

1.Carpeted Areas:

​Vaccum all rugs and carpets including all open areas. Remove gum, staples, paper clips, tar, and stains. (Daily)

Spot clean all stains with manufacturers recommended product. (Daily)

Clean all walk off mats. (Daily)

Pile liftt carpet as required in common areas only. (AS needed)

2. Resilent and Hard Flooring:

Dust, mop, or sweep all floors. (Daily)

When mopping use only cool fresh water. (Daily)

Remove all spills, smears, etc. that did not come off with sweeping or mopping. (Daily)

Scrub floors per industry standards and manufacturers recommended procedures. (weekly)

Strip/wax all flooring as requested. (At least Semi-Annually)

3. Kitchens:

Empty, Sanitize, and provide new liners for all trash receptacles. (Daily)

Wash and sanitize the exterior of all trash receptacles. (Daily)

Wash and sanitize all tables and counter tops. (Daily)

Spot clean all wall surfaces. (Daily)

Low/ High dust horizontal surfaces including sills, moldings, ledges, shelves, frames, exposed ducts, heating outlets, and vending machines, (Daily)

4. Entrances, Lobbies and elevators:

Wipe clean all lobby glass doors. (Daily)

Clean all entrance areas of cobwebs, leaves, etc. (Daily)

Sweep and mop all hard flooring. (Daily)

Dust, clean, all hand rails, brushed brass doors, and floor frames, and wipe clean elevator walls. (Daily)

Vacuum door tracks. (Daily)

Wipe clean all items on the control panel. (Daily)

Vacuum any carpeting. (Daily)

All walls in the cabs should be clean and lint free at all times, regardless of the finish. (Daily)

Dust and wipe clean signage. (Daily)

Dust light lenses. (Daily)

5. Washrooms:

Dust metal partitions. (Weekly)

Low/High dust horizontal surfaces including sills, moldings, ledges, shleves, frames, exposed ducts, and heating outlets. (Weekly)

Clean and disinfect floor drains and polish chrome. (Weekly)

Scrub all floo areas with germicidal solution. (Weekly)

Wash and sanitize all metal partitions. (Monthly)

Flush toilet bowels and urinals with bowlclene or similsr product. (Monthly)

Damp wipe restroom and shower tile to sanitize. (Monthly)

Vacuum HV AC diffusers in ceilings and walls. (Monthly)

High dust lights and ceiling grills. (Monthly)

Dry clean areas adjacent to HV AC diffusers. (Quarterly)

Wash light fixtures in all washrooms, and showers. (Quarterly)

Clean, sanitize, and polish all vitrous fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basin. (Daily)

Clean and sanitize all flush rings, drains, and over flow outlets. (Daily)

Clean and polish all fixtures. (Daily)

Clean and sanitize both sides of toilet seats. (Daily)

Clean and polish all glass mirrors. (Daily)

Empty all containers and replace liners. (Daily)

Spot clean all metal partitions. (Daily)

Remove spots, stains, and splashes from wall areas adjacent to hand basins. (Daily)

Refill all dispensers to normal limits, this would include the following items; paper towels, toilet tissue, soap dispensers, sanitary napkins, and other supplies requested by buildings. (Daily)

Remove fingerprints from doors, door frames, light switzhes, door handles, kick and push plates. (Daily)

Check for proper operation of all soap and sanitary napkin dispensers. (Daily)

6. Stairways:

Damp mop, sweep, or vacuum all steps and landings. (Daily)
Wipe clean handrails. (Daily)

Wipe clean and dust stairway stringers and undersides. (Daily)

Wet mop all stairs and landings. (Daily)

Constant  surveillance and picing of stairways to insure cleanliness. (Daily)

7. Office areas:

High dust all horizontal surfaces including shelves, moldings, and ledges. (Weekly)

Clean all common area HVAC diffusers. (Weekly)

Clean public telephones, both mount and phone set. (Weekly)

Clean and polish bright metal surfaces to hand height. (Monthly)

Remove dust and cobwebs fom ceiling tiles. (Monthly)

Vacuum HVAC duffusers in ceilibgs. (Monthly)

Hand dust all wood paneled surfaces. (Monthly)

Wash all push, and kick plates. (Monthly)

Clean and sanitize all telephones. ( Quarterly)

Clean the entire glass surface of all door and partition lights. (Quarterly)

Dust all window blinds (Quarterly)

Clean the entire glass surface of all door and Dry clean all areas adjacent to HVAC diffusers. (Quarterly)

Clean and polish entire surface of all cleared desktops. (Quarterly)

Perform all wood surface maintenance. (Quarterly)

Clean the interior of all high hat fixtures. (Quarterly)

High dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces not reached in daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning. (Quarterly)

Dust all picture frames, charts, and similar hanging items not dusted in daily, weekly, or monthly cleanings. (Quarterly)

Wash all waste baskets. (Quarterly)

Empty waste baskets and other refuse such as cardboard boxes that are marked for trash. (Daily)

Edge-edge vacuuming of all carpeted areas. (Daily)

Sweep and mop all hard flooring. (Daily)

Spot clean all door jambs. (Daily)

Dust all desk areas that are paperless. (Daily)

Spot clean all desktops. (Daily)

Clean all counter tops. (Daily)

Spot clean interior glass and partition doors. (Daily)

Remove fingerprints from doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, and handles. (Daily)

Clean all baseboard ledges, moldings, depositories, and window frames. (Daily)
Dust all mullions, sills, and other surfaces upt to 84'' high. (Daily)

Vacuum all carpeted areas. (Daily)

Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, and tables. (Daily)

Dust all exposed filings cabinets, book cases, and shelves. (Daily)

Low dust all horizontal surfaces to 70" including shelves, moldings, and ledges. (Daily)

Cleaning, buffing, and maintaining waxed floors.​
